Manage the bookings – we respond to all enquiries from potential guests, arrange details for their stay, and have a successful feedback system so we are always improving our service, which helps ensure repeat business.

Manage the property – we arrange maintenance, cleaning, ect. This helps ensure the property is always well looked after, and always guest ready.

We have extensive access to trades people and cleaners that can assist in maintaining your property to a high standard. Our cleaners specilise in servicing holiday homes, and are allocated to the same properties to ensure they are familiar with your property, and are able to report should anything be remiss.

We review property tariffs often and are flexible on making changes to rates when required.

We familiarise ourselves with your property and treat it as if it were one of our own. 

Yes! We run a trust accounting system to ensure all payments are secure. Our booking and accounting system, Escapia, will provide you with monthly and yearly statements. You can also access Escapia to book time out for yourselves or for maintenance (owner bookings) and other information regarding future bookings and occupancy rates.

Advertising is one of the most important facets of getting your property leased. We offer several booking and advertising options to suit all types of property owners, including:

  • Instant bookings (all bookings are confirmed instantly) on sites such as Airbnb, HomeAway/Stayz, our own websites, and Booking.com. 
  • Request to book (all bookings approved by owner before confirming) this can be offered on the HomeAway/Stayz website and by booking directly with Alex Scott Real Estate.

Our policies include but are not limited to; strict age limit on guests, adherence to number of guests staying at the property due to Council Regulations, and we have a strictly no parties/no schoolies policy. For a more detailed report ask one of our friendly staff for a copy of our terms and conditions.

All guests are required to pay a deposit to secure their booking, and a credit card form is held as a bond. Guests are also required to sign our Terms and Conditions and pet forms, if applicable, prior to key collection.
