A split system keeps the space comfortable year-round.
Step outside to a sunny north-facing deck with outdoor dining and a gas BBQ—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully fenced yard is great for kids and small pets, and there’s even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.
