The property team at Alex Scott & Staff have been managing a couple of rental properties for me over the past 8 years, one a full time rental property & one a holiday rental property. We started using Alex Scott in July 2017 after having experienced 3 years with two other agents who proved to be totally incompetent - one agent actually suggested I drive for 2 hours to replace a kettle whereas the other agent failed to show up after a drive of 3 hours. An appointment they had made to enable an inspection of the property to view the results of a BBQ flareup. Since transferring to Alex Scott we have found them to be even more professional than required and extremely mindful of ensuring all tenants are interviewed and acceptable - they will not accept Airbnb referrals - something that provides comfort for us as we are 3 hours away.
